Is this miscarriage or just late period due to stress?

I’ve had sharp sudden pain after a stressful argument deep in the abdomen and blood/clot loss and haven’t had a period since Oct, wondering if it’s miscarriage or normal.

Have you taken a pregnancy test? If a miscarriage there'd most likely be hcg to detect.

Nobody here can tell you without more information. Have you taken any pregnancy tests? If not then you should take one and if it is positive you need to get in touch with your nearest early pregnancy unit.
