missed miscarriage confirmed at scan. Gestational sac measuring approx 7 weeks (should have been over 8 weeks), enlarged yolk sac visable but fetal pole had been reabsorbed (had been there but no hb a week before). Took Mifepristone on Thursday, and the 4 misoprostal tablets today at around noon. Bleeding hasn’t been too bad, and minimal cramping (using cocodemol and extra strong ibuprofen) but at around 6pm I was sitting on the toilet and felt a sudden “plop” and out came this. I’m trying to get the gestational sac so I can bring it in for testing. Could this be it? Bleeding has eased up since it came out, and I’ve had no real cramps. But I know it can be very stop/start process and I could maybe even need another dose of tablets. I did ask chat gpt and it thinks just blood clot. I think I’m probably just wishful thinking it’s the sac, as I’d love it to be over, but feel it probably hasn’t actually properly started has it. Previous miscarriages have all had d&c so home management is very new to me.
