Got my period very early and had a strong pain I’m worried

I hate going to hospital I suffer threw bad panick attacks but I just got my period on December 20th and now again just got my period January 7th very early which was weird to me I had a strong pain on my upper stomach and a really strong pain and I had to use the bathroom and passed this I don’t know if it’s just heavy bleeding or chemical miscarriage?

Take a pregnancy test. If you are/were pregnant then you probably have HGC in your body.

You could try testing - it usually stays positive for a while after a MC/CP.
Has the pain gone now? Unless you still have pain or very heavy bleeding then there isn't much they'd do at hospital anyway.
Maybe phone the Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit for advice if you are still worried?
