I'm 5-6 weeks pregnant and completely confused. I had a private scan on 02/01 and all she saw was an empty sac. I went for an NHS scan yesterday and saw a yolk sac this time but yesterday morning I had started spotting (pink) and only when I wiped. After the TV scan, I've started with heavier bleeding, not quite a full period but more than spotting and I've worn a pad today. Its not bright red blood but more of a dull red/pink. I'm not in pain but have a bit of a dull period like ache that comes and goes. The EPAU nurse yesterday didn't seem too concerned and had booked another scan for 2 weeks time. After googling and Chat GPT questions it's coming up likely to be hormonal/cervical or irritation from the scan but surely it would be spotting not a flow? I really don't know what to do! I don't see much reason to go back to EPAU at the moment as the flow is steady and not painful and no clots so not sure what they could do when they've only just scanned me?
