Faint line after negatives days prior chemical miscarriage

I've had a chemical miscarriage, bleeding started on the 22nd of this month and stopped on the 28th. I tested on the 26th and the following days and tests were negative. However today I've taken two tests and both have faint lines. I've uploaded a pic of one of the tests from today. Can hcg rise again after it has fallen? Also having right sided lower abdomen and lower back pain. But I took some buscopan and they pain has subsided a bit.

Can you see these I've just taken them the lines darker today I have no idea what's going on. People on other forums have said it might be ectopic

Yes I can see those but they look a bit odd as the line is broken. Have you tested again since?

Yes this was the test the same day. I've been for a blood test and my results are negative now therefore must have had a chemical.
