Miscarriage scan report help

Hi,
I had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago and I am trying to understand for my own sanity what happened.

I have a copy of my scan report and it says the outline 'irregular' but I'm not sure what this is referring to - is this my uterus or the baby or something else? To me the baby looked like it was a normal shape on the scan. Does anyone know what irregular might mean in this context please?
I've tried to Google it but I can't find the answers. The EPU almost never pick up the phone so struggling to get through.

Hi, sorry for your loss. I think in this context irregular is referring to just the simple fact the pregnancy is not progressing. Its normal to want clear answers and to be able to make sense of what’s happened, but sometimes there just aren’t any answers. I really feel for you. Allow yourself to grieve. .
