Hi. Not sure what I'm after but just feel the need to share with people who may have experienced the same. Went for a private scan today which identified a suspected ectopic pregnancy- uterus full of blood and 17mm mass on left ovary. Sent straight to hospital. Hcg is 1000 and something so will be retaken in 48hrs to decide management plan.
Feel a bit lost. Very lucky to already have our little girl and glad this has been caught before rupture.

I’m so sorry OP

Firstly are you ok physically? I don’t know the process for eptopic pregnancies but I hope you’re getting the care you need. Remember to ask for pain relief if you need it and support if you’re struggling with day to day activities.

Secondly do you have mental support for not only yourself but also your DP?
Therapy can help if needed, you can ask your doctor if you feel you would benefit, your midwife may also be able to advise on support for both of you. Private options are also available.

Do you wish to talk about your pregnancy/baby? if so you can, if you’re not comfortable that’s also fine.
