Has anyone else had really bad heart burn prior to testing positive? Going to do a test at 13dpo as most accurate for me from past positives. Sadly had a mc prior so dont know if I will have concieved in this window prior to a period post mc but have had the usual symptoms i get when i do end up testing positive. Just wondered if the heartburn was another indicator as really struggling with it and hadnt had with prev pregnancies or in general! Gaviscon doesnt seem to be helping much.
