Does this sound like a miscarriage?

Hi,
just wondering if anyone has been through something similar.

I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks and started bleeding on the 26th September - all was okay after and I tested negative 2 weeks ago. Over the last week my boobs have been sore and I’ve been feeling pregnant again. I started spotting on Sunday so 5 days ago, the spotting started off as a light brown then was bright pink, this was on and off until Wednesday. Wednesday evening I had a gush of red and nothing after. I did a test last night and it was positive. Today I’ve started bleeding red and have been for a good few hours - does this sound like a chemical or an early miscarriage or has anyone had similar? I’m so upset and confused :(

Hello, yes I'd say it does sound like an early loss unfortunately. I spotted for several days and then it became red and more like a short period. Tested negative again a week later
