First period after miscarriage

Just looking for others experiences

I know periods can take 4-8 weeks to return when they did come back what were your first periods like heaviness/length wise? I’ve read they can last for a while and a bit worried about it

Hugely variable I think! First time was 5-6 weeks I think and pretty normal. Second time was 6 weeks and a bit heavier than normal, super strong hormones though which I was g expecting. Went back to normal after that!

My first period after medical management of a missed miscarriage was horrendous. It was much heavier than usual. I flooded, which had never happened before.

i had a d and c after a missed miscarriage and some how I had my first period 12 days later. Very light and dark coloured but full on period pains x

did they last your normal period length or a bit longer?

Mine was normal length of 4-5 days x
