Is this a missed miscarriage?

Hello. I had a transabdominal scan this morning. I thought I was 6weeks 5 days, but I'm measuring 6 weeks 1 day. Yolk sac and fetal pole present but no heartbeat. CRL 4.32mm. The sonographer thought it wasn't looking great, but is does anyone have more positive experiences? Just really confused.

It’s very possible that it’s still a bit too early to tell. I’m guessing you’ve got a follow up scan in 2 weeks? It’s an anxious wait but honestly it could go either way at your next scan. Don’t give up hope just yet. Hope it goes well 💕
