Hello my periods are always all over the place and have 3 children already but had signs of pregnancy last 3 4 weeks but negative test but had a really sharp pain went to the toilet and seen this is it a possible miscarriage ive never had it before so really unsure

It could be yes, but it could also be uterine lining tissue, have you suffered with heavy periods and clots before? Or severe pain?
