Recovery after surgery for MMC

For those of you who had surgical management for their MMCs, can I ask how your recovery went? When did you go back to exercising, if you did regularly, before the surgery? I don’t want to push myself too soon. I’m still bleeding lightly most days. But would love to get moving again, to clear my head a bit.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I gave myself a week each time of only walking, and then built back up from there. Within 3-4 weeks I was back to normal activity at the gym x

Thank you. I think I’ll do the same, try and get out for a few weeks and go from there.
