Spotting after sex post miscarriage

I have had 3 pregnancy losses in the past 9-10 months, one being a molar and the 2nd being ectopic (tube removed) and my last one was a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks.

however since my most recent (missed miscarriage) I’ve been spotting every single time after sex, went to GP they done swabs and all came back negative.

has anyone ever experienced this? Pre- losses I never experienced this

I'd not assume this is related to the miscarriages. It might be, but it also might not. I think it warrants another GP appointments and bloods to rule out anything more sinister as it's unexplained bleeding and the basics sounds like they have been covered.
