I think I've had a miscarriage

Hi guys
I think I've had a miscarriage .
I've been off for I would say 2 weeks,achy boobs , emotional , hungry etc .
I am late for my period which is very regular and I usually get tell tale signs .

Last night I was cramping and felt something come out . When I went to the bathroom and wiped this came out but it had a whitish grey to it but due to the flash you can't see. I remember years ago due to a domestic violent relationship I had I had aab#rtion and I remember when the featus passed it was like this but bigger

Did you do a pregnancy test?
move had 3 miscarriages and had big big clots. I've also had periods with small clots like the picture so I guess there's no way to tell unless you tested.

No I didn't , but with both my pregnancies before pregnancy tests were always neg until I was about a a month in . I would be about 2-3 weeks now
