Temp post surgical management

Hi,

i had surgical management of miscarriage Tuesday (now Thursday night). I’m currently spiking a temp of 38.8 after paracetamol. EPAU advised monitor overnight and call tomorrow if still high. Has anyone else had this? Other symptoms are back pain (had this since my procedure but it’s a bit worse) and general shakes and aches.
