Hi,
I have had heavy bleeding both yesterday and today. Today however the bleeding was accompanied by, clotting and severe pain resembling contractions coming in intervals. It felt like my body wanted to expel something. I have attached a photo of something that came out when I went to the toilet. Can anyone tell me what it is and whether I have miscarried? I am assuming I have. I can’t lose that much blood and be in that much pain if I hadn’t right? Hope somebody could help.

Hello, I am so sorry you are experiencing this. Please please do get yourself checked out and preferably try and get a scan. Could be a miscarriage, for me those symptoms were an ectopic pregnancy. I really hope you are okay but best to get checked

@LavenderHaze04 thank you for your message. Sorry to hear you went through an ectopic. I have just passed what I think might be yolk sac. It was quite big I would post but don’t know if it is too much.
I am certain I have miscarried now. 🥹🥹

I’m very sorry. Everything you have posted sounds like a miscarriage. I understand how painful and upsetting it is. If you have passed the sac, you should at least begin to feel better physically soon.
Rest and take care of yourself, and do contact the doctor or hospital to get checked out.
