Thoughts on ovulation after a miscarriage *confused

Hi girlies

I miscarriage and on the 13th of June i had a d&c . I have no idea what's going on with the ovulation test. I have been testing my hcg and test is still positive but vvvf. I have had positive ovulation test with clear blue for 4 days . However today it came back with a stronger line.
We haven't really been trying but haven't prevented it either. I want to start right away and have the mind set of what shall be will be. My doctor did suggest to wait 3 cycles but I have reason so much about that you can start as soon as bleeding stops .

Sorry for your loss. My MCs are over 10 years ago now, but both times I remember reading in various places that you’re more fertile straight after. I was advised to wait one cycle by the MW but they said it was purely to make it easier to date.

It's like we don't want to wait but also scared and anxious at the same time incase it happens again!
My ovulation tests just got even darker today and my hcg levels.on the pregnancy strip are also barely visible .

Torn between waiting for one cycle or just trying without getting my first period
