Chemical pregnancy

I was wondering if anyone can offer any helpful advice.... sorry it's a long one!!
Back in November I unfortunately suffered with a MC at 7/8 weeks and we have struggled TTC since. I have been diagnosed in March with endometriosis too.
2 weeks ago I had 4 day period which was 2 days of light bleeding and then 1 days extremely heavy/clotting/flooding period and a day of spotting at the end. My period did come 2 days earlier than anticipated at CD25 and I had tested negative the day before my period. After my period on CD 6, I started to LH test ready for the cycle and my LH was extremely higher than normal for me at this point of cycle. The next morning (CD7) I did a pregnancy test just as something felt strange and it was a faint positive. I then did another one 48 hours later and faint positive again (CD9). CD9 I had stomach cramps like a period pain for an hour and then started spotting/light bleeding which was pinkish/light red no clots and not soaking a sanitary towel and this lasted around 36 hours. CD 11 spotting had stopped my clear blue showed 1-2 weeks pregnant - impulsive test to see weeks to try gauge what was happening... Then fast forward to this morning CD12 and my line has gone extremely faint so I am thinking I've just experienced a chemical pregnancy... My LH has dropped back down now to my preovulation levels (CD14) which is my usual ovulation time...
Has anyone experience anything similar... will I bleed as normal at the end of this cycle as the spotting was light and over 36 hours? Or was that the start of a new cycle?
Where do I go from here to track cycle again, will my ovulation most likely be delayed? Can anyone help or give me any advice?
