Getting pregnant after loss

Hey Everyone,

How do people deal with pregnancy after loss, I must add this is my first pregnancy since 2022 (i had an op).

This feels so different, it feels good but I am terrified that i will lose this baby.

Advice please

I'm on pregnancy number 5 now (4 losses) and all you can do is try to be kind to yourself - pregnancy after loss is not easy. Remind yourself it's a different pregnancy, and that you are more likely to have a good outcome than bad. Take each day at a time, try to stay busy and distracted as much as you can.
