Sore breasts 10 weeks after MC at 5 weeks …

As the title says, I still have sore breasts are my MC 10 weeks ago at 5 weeks. The MC all happened naturally and a scan confirmed it was complete.
All my pregnancy symptoms lessened at the time, but just as they all vanished my boobs started getting sore again and have continued to be so. Then this last few days they have been sorer than when I was pregnant.
still waiting on my first period, have been tracking ovulation and no peak OPK, defs not pregnant.
Is this a normal thing? I expected AF back by now.
Gonna get in touch with my GP tomorrow, but they were pretty useless at the time so I’m not expecting much else now to be honest.
thanks 😔

Did you take a pregnancy test and was it negative after your miscarriage? And have you been tracking ovulation the whole time since? It could be worth taking a pregnancy test just to rule that out if you haven't already.

Thanks for replying ☺️
test was negative just over three weeks after, and recent tests are 100% negative.
Have been trying to track ovulation, missed the odd day and given up the last couple of weeks tbh. Looked like my body tried to ovulate about 5 weeks ago, hasn’t tried since I don’t think, no signs or symptoms etc
doctors were useless 😅

That's so frustrating! Sorry the doctors were useless. I've not been in your situation so not able to give advice just sympathy. I know some women have had help re starting their periods but I'm not too sure of the ins and outs x
