Help. I'm not sure if I've miscarried

So the end of April I started heavy bleeding. I was changing my pad multiple times in an hour. I'd be sat on the toilet for a few seconds and there would be a bit of blood in the toilet. I was in pain but not unbearable. I felt dizzy and a headache. I was being sick but not often. around the 17th may I wiped and there was quite a big dark red blood clot I assume. then I didn't bleed much from this point. after voicing my concerns to a few friends a couple days ago they advised me to do a pregnancy test. The first one I did was positive (faint but there) I did a 2nd one which was a digital one an hour later and was negative. A day later I've done 2 more and they're also negative. I'm so unsure and confused as to what's happening and why the first showed positive

You can get false lines in you pee on the test, rather than dipping a test in a collected sample, if you flood the test slightly. If all the other tests were negative I’d say it’s likely a false positive, rather than 3 false negatives.
Heavy bleeding and clots don’t automatically mean MC. You can just randomly get a heavier period and clots one time, or you can get this with the start of thyroid issues or fibroids etc which you may not know you have initially.

Thank you. it was more so the size of the clot & bleeding heavy for a month. I have an emergency Dr's appt next week so hopefully will get an answer
