Trying after loss

I sadly miscarried at 6 weeks. Been told I have to wait 3 weeks to test negative again and wait for a period. When did people try again and were you successful? In desperate to know I’m going to be a mum and want to try as soon as I can.

The advice around waiting is just to help with dating any future pregnancy, as cycles can be a bit messed up post miscarriage and if you were to conceive this could cause uncertainty. I followed the advice and started TTC again after my first period post miscarriage. We conceived that cycle and have now welcomed our baby. I am so sorry for your loss, wishing you well in the future.
