Hcg level after methrexate

Hi,hoping for some help understanding hcg after methotrexate,so unfortunately I had an ectopic pregnancy of unknown location and my hcg levels went from
day one of injection 265
day four of injection 210
day seven of injection 124
im absolutely beside myself of the thought of rupture and needing surgery,I’m wanting to know how fast/slow people’s hcg levels reduced over two weeks of taking the injection,thank you x

i had 2 ectopics sadly both ruptured but my hcg levels were much higher as mine were live ectopics in that there were heartbeats
the general rule of thumb is that hcg should half every 48 hours or so - MTX can take a couple of days to take effect but they usually say by day 4 post injection you should start see a reduction - I’d say the fall between day 4 and 7 looks ok - going by the rule you’d hope to be at zero in the next 12 days
might be worth doing a clear blue with weeks or something on around 4 days times - see what level it says you are x

Mine went way slower than that and they were really concerned about risk of rupture at all. It sounds like you’re progressing well!
