Is this a miscarriage??

I didn’t get my period and was spotting for 2 weeks before this happened and out of know whew got sharp bad cramps and passed this. Could someone help me get answers?

That definitely looks like a normal period clot to me. I’ve had that before, and not had a history of clots. Are you sure you were pregnant? If you were, you would still have a positive test, so might be worth doing that and arranging a scan depending on how far along you are. You can have a scan from 6wks privately to check.
