Return of period?

Im 11 weeks post 11 week pregnancy loss. I had medicinal procedure to remove pregnancy. Ive still not had a period and Im not pregnant. The doctors keep brushing me off saying its normal but surely not at this stage? I dont even have spotting or remotely feel like its coming on

has anyone been through this

Sorry for your loss. Have your pregnancy tests turned negative? As I didn’t get a period for 8 & 10 weeks for previous losses & it was only after my tests turned negative

Yeah they turned negative about four weeks ago 13th April
