confusing post ectopic bleeding

I’m in a resolving (pretty much resolved) ectopic pregnancy. Hcg has been coming down for weeks and it’ll probably be my last hcg test on Wednesday as last was at 32. I have been spotting from early on, then a big withdrawal bleed beginning 2 weeks ago, tapered off to spotting and yesterday was first day with clear cm. I was so happy. Suddenly today I’m having what seems like CD1 bleed?! I’ve been testing for over a week lh and it’s been falling (which makes sense with falling hcg) so I’m pretty sure I didn’t miss ovulation? And why would I begin bleeding again 2 weeks after last big bleed? I’m so confused and frustrated and disheartened, and wondering if anyone can share their post ectopic bleed experience in terms of uterine bleed.

It may be ypur normal cycle returning or just a bleed caused by hormones bottoming out. With both my ectopics I bled for around 5-6 weeks intermittently. Was told that it was normal and to go back in if filling a pad in less than hour to be checked again.
