Miscarriage?

On May 8, I experienced severe abdominal pain along with heavy bleeding. Within an hour, I had soaked through four pads due to the amount of blood. Shortly after, I passed something that looked like tissue or a large clot (please refer to the first image).

The following day, the bleeding continued but was lighter than before. However, I passed another clot or tissue again (shown in the second image).

I am currently 7 weeks pregnant, and I am very concerned that this may be a miscarriage. I would appreciate your guidance and would like to know if I need to come in for an examination or testing.

I can’t see any pictures, but what you’re describing does sound like my mc’s.
If you are in the U.K. you could contact EPU, they may scan you to confirm, some areas need a referral from the GP though, and I don’t think they run a weekend service.
If the bleeding suddenly becomes heavy again, or the pain is excruciating, the advice is to go to A&E, but if it’s now lighter I wouldn’t put myself through a wait of several hours in A&E to be told to contact EPU on Monday tbh.
Google EPU and the name of your local hospital for information on your area. So sorry you are going through this. Flowers

Hi. It can sometimes take a while for images to be approved, so they may not load for a while. However, from what you describe, it does very sadly sound like you have probably miscarried. As the above PP said, contact your EPU tomorrow, they might scan you. If you start to feel unwell or the bleeding is not subsiding, take yourself to A&E.
