I am in the process of another miscarriage, I had one in 2023 and both times I conceived on the exact same day (4th) and both times have began to miscarry on day 41. Could something be wrong with me or is this just a cruel coincidence. I have 3 teenagers so I know I can carry. I am older now (41) can’t believe this is happening again.
