Is this a miscarriage??

My last period date was 15 march and this month I did not get the period till morning today but suddenly one hour ago ingot this out from my vegina. What is it??

Not necessarily, unless you’ve had a positive pregnancy test.
It’s a blood clot.
I had clots like that pretty much every period. All my MC’s had some greyish tissue in the clots.

Actually, my periods were late and I was thinking to do the test tomorrow. But today I got it. What should I do now??

It would likely still show a positive result if you have been pregnant and miscarried so you should still do the test. However, if you're on your period it's unlikely. That just looks like a blood clot.

As today I got bleeding in less than normal flow, but when it came out, bleeding has been surprisingly stopped. Should I still do the test??

If you have tests at home I suppose you could do one just to check if it shows positives. I get large cloths during my periods but perhaps not that large.

My D&C surgery was done in month of February after having miscarriage of 3 months old pregnancy. But still my lower abdomen is as of same size. It did not reduce and flat as earlier when I was not pregnent. It seems like still there is 3 months baby inside me. Can someone tell me what is this and why is this happening? Do I need to consult a gyno?
