Trigger warning - photo. Possible miscarriage?

I’m so sorry for the graphic photo but I think there’s the possibility I had a very early miscarriage. I never tested positive on a test but hadn’t had a period for over 3 months. Had sudden cramping and a sudden gush bleed with this, then very light bleeding for a few days.
Do you think it’s likely this was a miscarriage? I’ve never been pregnant/experienced this before so feel a bit lost.

I would say probably not if you’ve not had a + test. I have had large clots and not been pregnant before.

It could just be because you’ve not had a period in a while.
