I feel how tough it is to go through mentally, physically, and trauma. In the early stages, I was very happy that I conceived after 5 years, but in the 7th week, I felt pelvic pain. It was very hard to accept that I lost it in the early stage.
Vaginal Bleeding:

Abdominal Pain and Cramping
Passage of Tissue or Fluid: Grayish or pinkish tissue/clots may be expelled.
Sudden disappearance of nausea, breast tenderness, or fatigue.
Dizziness, lightheadedness, or fever (may signal infection or complications).
