Is this a miscarriage? Or a SCH?

Posted on here a few times this week. Utterly heartbroken and devastated. Was hoping it might have been a subchorionic hematoma (SCH).

Went to EPAU on Monday for a scan following some light bleeding. Was measuring between 6-7 weeks and heartbeat was detected.

24 hours later I started gushing blood, like a tap had turned on. Went to A&E and doctor had said my cervix was closed and nothing they could do for a threatened Miscarriage other then scan me, which I’d have to wait 7 days before I can be re-scanned.

it’s been 6 days of heavy bleeding, cramping and passing some small clots and stringy clots.

I’ve just been to the toilet and had this, and I’m utterly convinced now it’s not a SCH and it’s a miscarriage.

Does this look like a miscarriage?

@PT1708 I’m so sorry for what is happening. There in no photo attached to your post but nevertheless, and as hard as it is, waiting for the next scan is the only thing that will bring clarity. Is the scan tomorrow?

Wishing you lots of luck and positive thoughts.

Could be a clot, or the SCH passing; could be a MC. I’m really sorry but there’s no way to tell, but heavy bleeding, especially with cramping is not usually a good sign. I had a SCH with my last pregnancy and never bled as much as this, but it can vary, I think. Don’t lose hope, but prepare for bad news.
