Unknown viability pregnancy

Hi , I need your help mums , based on me last period I'm 10 weeks pregnant, 2 days a go I have a bit of vaginal bleeding and I was at A&E . When they did ultrasound scan they can't find a heartbeat . And the scan shows 5-6 weeks pregnant. Doctors said to wait another 12 days for another scan . I have no more bleeding no cramps no pain. I don't know what to think , is any of you this happened ? Any advice?

You could have very well got your dates wrong and it's earlier along than expected, in which case they might struggle with a heartbeat. Fingers crossed on your next scan it's located and everything is fine.
