Continuous spotting after first period after mc

Hi everyone.

i sadly lost my baby on feb 8th and the bleeding stopped about ten days later. I ovulated march 10th/11th and then my period started 25th march which was fairly normal. But after it stopped the bleeding started again 3 days later and now it’s been two weeks almost and it’s still here .. just when I wipe and not on a pad. Did anyone else have this and it turn out to be ok? Just as soon as I think it is stopping it starts again and it’s so frustrating. I’m hoping my doctor will refer me for a scan to check what’s going on. I don’t have any pain or anything and it’s odd the bleeding stopped and I had a normal cycle which makes me think it isn’t anything too bad but I guess we will find out. I just need this spotting to stop! What’s even more odd is my opks are getting close to positive and my clearblue digital showed high fertility yesterday. Pregnancy tests are negative and have been for some time now. Thank you for any advice you can provide. I will be sure to update incase anyone else has a similar issue in the future.

Update: just awaiting a scan at the hospital . Praying it’s ok and nothing bad. Very worried. Will update

So I waited three hours just to be told they don’t think it’s anything to worry about but they would scan me next week to check if I was worried. I said yes please and will go back next week and hope nothing is wrong. Bleeding seems to be tapering off but who knows it may be back again tomorrow.

Update-

i was asked to come back today for a scan which showed all clear thankfully. Was emotional as I was in the same room from when I last saw my baby on the screen. My ovaries were normal and I have a dominant follicle of 1cm on the right. Which would explain the pains I’ve been feeling. I really hope I ovulate soon . Having lots of ewcm but so far no peak opk but that’s to be expected I think if my follicle is only 1cm.

So far bleeding has stopped
