Need advice on BBT after loss

I would really love some charting advice. This is my first month charting after miscarriage. My miscarriage was 3 weeks ago. I was 10 weeks but baby stopped growing at 6 weeks. Doctors gave me all clear to start trying again. Before this mornings temperature, the last few days were very high/peak fertility days so I was expecting a temperature rise today and a bit disappointed. My cycles are usually around 30 days long and today is cycle day 20. My LH strips did peak a couple of days ago but not sure if they’re accurate as I had the faintest positive pregnancy test still (negative today). Cervical mucus had a small amount of slightly stretchy yesterday, only when I examined. Does anyone else have any experiences with ovulation after miscarriage? Did anyone else’s charts look like mine? I wasn’t planning on having sex tonight but if I’m about to ovulate we will. Should we have sex tonight? Please don’t tell me to wait a cycle as I have already had advice from my doctor that there’s no need to wait if we are ready.

If your pregancy test was still even faintly positive I found that made my LH tests so dark everytime! If your cm is now getting stretchy I would keep doing LH tests and see if your peak is coming xx

So hard to know when ovulation is. Still had slight amount of ewcm today but not much! I just want to ovulate to get back onto a regular cycle!

Can I ask how long it took you to ovulate? I’m a few weeks since I miscarried and wondering when I’ll ovulate.

I’m so sorry for your loss.
It took 4 weeks for me to get a negative pregnancy test after my miscarriage so I ovulated later than I usually would (plus I guess miscarriage is quite hard on the body in general). I ovulated 3 weeks after the bleed (according to natural cycles but i think my hormones were still all over the place as I didn’t have much of a temperature spike). My cycles pretty much went back to normal after that cycle and then the cycle after that I got pregnant again. Nearly 15 weeks with what is seeming to be a healthy baby.

I’ve heard not everyone ovulates the first cycle after a miscarriage so it’s not abnormal if it’s been a while and you haven’t ovulated. How are you tracking ovulation?

Wishing you a speedy recovery and your rainbow baby soon! Any other questions please let me know and I’ll try my best to help xx
