Update: is this a miscarriage?

Sorry for posting again but I couldn’t seem to post again on my OP.

Bk story: my last period was mid January and I have done 3 positive pregnancy tests the last one being this morning and it said 2-3 weeks.

I have been bleeding and clotting for nearly a week now with intermittent cramping. My early pregnancy appointment is tomorrow 8.30am but this evening I have passed the biggest clot yet. I’m so worried…. Can anyone advise?

From my own mc’s (x4) it doesn’t look great, but I hope I’m wrong. I had huge clots like that and endless bleeding for 6 weeks, when I was 6 weeks pregnant but I tested strongly positive for the whole time.
I do hope there is some miracle when they scan tomorrow, but take someone with you and prepare for the worst.
