Miscarriage

Hi all,

I had a miscarriage just over three weeks ago. On the 25th they said there was 2cm left but should come out. I bleed for another 3/4 days after and did notice something so should of come out.

I did a pregnancy test on Sunday and was negative, also on Tuesday and was negative. I did an ovulation test on Monday and it was peaked.

I just did a test today because I started bleeding a little yesterday and it's now positive. I am really confused. I'm waiting for EPU to call. Has this happened to anyone?

I haven’t had the same situation but I didn’t want to read and run. My pregnancy tests have always taken forever to go negative but haven’t jumped from negative to positive unless a new pregnancy - is there a chance you could be pregnant again?

Did the EPU call back?

EPU said to get a digital test in a few days and see what it says. They said it sounds like a new pregnancy. But I'm bleeding so it's all a bit confusing! Xx

I’m assuming because your ovulation peaked on Monday 17th it would be too early to get a pregnancy test today. I could be wrong though.
im watching the thread regardless. Have you had a period?

im 2 weeks post miscarriage and I did a cheap test 2 days ago and it was negative. I did a clear blue one today (non digital) and there was a very faint line. I did an ovulation test and it was low but when I looked at my records it wasn’t as low as some previous tests so I could be coming up to ovulation peak. I’m at a point now where I’m thinking shall we just go for it or shall I wait for a period. Being 40 , I feel like time isn’t on my side but equally frightened that’s it’s too soon.

I am currently bleeding like a light period but stopped bleeding around 2 weeks ago. I did do a digital test this evening and says not pregnant. I wonder if the test that was positive was a faulty one. Very confused. I will retest next week to see if anything changes. X

Yes definitely! But maybe check your ovulation as well because you might miss it. I started tracking my temp when we got pregnant too - that worked. Keep us posted x

Hi just wondering if you’ve had some answers to this situation? I had positive tests about 3 weeks ago. Since then I’ve had some negative tests and bleeding. Not sure if I’m miscarrying/chemical pregnancy if it’s my period or something else xxx

Hi all, 3 weeks post missed miscarriage tomorrow. I used a clear blue test 3 days ago and was still positive. If I get another one tomorrow I need to go to epu. Today I wiped and there was a lot of discharge with small amounts of blood - more pink. Looked like a mucus plug. Is this normal? What is it?

The pregnancy test was a definitely faulty for me. Did two more pregnancy tests and was negative. Bleed for 6 days so definitely a period. I've stopped bleeding now x
