10 days after miscarriage and alls I seem to be seeing on social media is mothers giving birth to still born babies. I’m paranoid thinking this is a sign for me not to continue trying. 💔💔💔

Lots of social media algorithms e.g. TikTok, Instagram Reels, Twitter, Threads, will show you more of the type of content you’ve engaged with. Unfortunately, in the same way that if you’ve seen or engaged with a few videos/posts about baking and banana bread, you get hundreds of videos about baking and banana bread, if you’ve watched a few videos/seen a few posts on miscarriage and baby loss, you’ll be shown more. And unfortunately, the more shocking and terrible the message the better it does on social media.

Definitely not a sign, it’s a complicated computer doing exactly what it’s meant to do. Fingers crossed for your rainbow and sorry to hear about your miscarriage, hope you’re looking after yourself.
