Getting progesterone privately

I have miscarried twice within the past year. 1st one at 17 weeks recent one at 9 weeks. With my last miscarriage I continually asked for progesterone but was passed from pillar to post by midwives and drs. Crushingly when I found out I miscarried I was questioned as to why I wasn’t taking it this time round. Had to explain hospital refused to see me before 8 weeks despite history and GP said the hospital needed to prescribe it.
If I get pregnant again I want to be on it asap. Is there a way i can get it prescribed privately so I have it in and can start it straight away? If anyone has had any success getting it privately can you please send me links. I’m in the UK. Thank you

Try going to a private clinic that specialises in bio identical hormones.

You can buy bioidentical progesterone online.

I get mine from Onas UK, but there are others.

Thank you will try Onas!

Sorry can someone explain what bioidentical progesterone is and how you take it? Is it identical to what the dr would prescribe?

It depends on the type you’re taking.
in my case it was a topical solution in the wrist morning and night for the mt first trimester.

I believe it can be given in pessary form too.

Were you able to buy this privately? I didn’t even realise you could get it in topical form! Is topical as strong as the pessary?

I believe it is titrated according to what you will need. I don’t have experience of using a pessary so can’t advise.
