Hi all,
just trying to process and figure out what could potentially have gone wrong.

in a nutshell, private scans think I’m having a missed miscarriage - currently waiting for confirmation from NHS.

In December I had two periods which was very unusual for me- never happened before. The second period was 28.12.24 which subsequently i put down as my LMP. I tracked ovulation and got a peak around 8.1.25 - I fell pregnant from this. My question is is it possible that what I thought was a second period was actually a miscarriage and I’ve been caught straight away? I only ask because there is lots on the net that suggest there is a higher risk of miscarriage if you get pregnant straight away.
