How to prepare yourself for another pregnancy after 2 miscarriages?

Sorry for your loses.

I had two early loses and currently 17weeks pregnant. Baby aspirin has worked for me (self diagnosed).

It may be coincidence but lots of people have found similar success after previous loses.

I am full of anxiety this pregnancy however that I didn't experience with my first two pregnancies (DD 6+8)

I thought it had passed but it hasn't.

Wishing you well

I'm so sorry for your losses. I wish I knew the answer. I had a mc at 8ish weeks last Jan, at 16 weeks in August and have just had a chemical, I'm not sure how I will ever feel okay in pregnancy again :(

Hey just come across your thread. Sorry for your losses, not sure how far along you were but awful either way. I had 2 chemicals one in November and one last month. Both very early but in January I was in absolute agony and ended up down the hospital. Anyway Convinced it wouldn't happen for me. Just got my bfp on a digital 6 days ago so just coming up to 5 weeks so got pregnant literally next cycle.

I had cut down my drinking anyway but after last month I cut alcohol out completely (until last week on holiday where I decided to have a few which ironically is when I got my bfp 😬 so stopped immediately) felt like AF was coming on but never did, bloating was ridiculous and boobs were sore so the penny dropped and I tested.

All I can say that I done differently was the last month I've been taking 600mg COq10 daily as I heard lots of positives, watched my diet and got back into exercising regularly. I did buy low dose aspirin as heard lots of things but I hadn't actually got round to taking any.

I hope it all works out for you and try not to put too much pressure on yourself (easier said than done I know). I'm still like you anxious as hell about it going wrong 😞
