Hello, I was hoping for some advice. I had a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks with twins. They were measuring 5/6 weeks and I was treated with medication. The bleeding lasted 3 weeks and I had a negative test on 21/02. I feel healthy and no further symptoms. I have signs of ovulation and am unsure whether to wait for next period or starting trying straight away. I’m worried I could have to wait weeks for next period but don’t want to complicate any potential pregnancy by trying too soon.
This was my first pregnancy and I am 31yo - 32 in a few weeks time.
