Could this be an early MC? *Graphic/Trigger Warning*

I'm suppose to be 7 weeks pregnant exact to this day. I had a early reassurance scan on Sunday and they could not find a gestational sac at all but we're unsure of the location of pregnancy. I'm still testing positive on tests.

I've had on/off cramping over the last week and when I went to the toilet earlier and wiped, there was a dark brown little lump followed by light pink spotting. I'll attach a pic.

Could this be a possible failed pregnancy/miscarraige?

I have an NHS scan booked for Weds and our EPAU don't do bloods until after a scan.

I had the exactly the same thing came out today, maybe more than you shown in your wipe (hard to stare sorry, only glanced it for 0.5 sec). Breast fullness sudenly became less in evening. I assume I just got a miscarriage. But like I say, these thingy on my pad was bigger than yours. I hope you have different outcome. Fingers crossed for you

Personally I don't think so but I'm not an expert. No one will be able to tell you for sure on here.

But brown / very dark tends to be old blood. And there is a bit of mucus there which is very normal discharge in pregnancy.

With both of mine I had a bit of spotting through out. Some people may say at this kind of stage it might just be about implantation and the baby rootling in further to your womb can cause a bit of bleeding. It might be this has happened and this old bit of blood has just finally made its way out.

Miss carriages will be bright red blood and lots of it. This doesn't look like that to me personally.
