When did everyone's period return?

Pretty much as the title suggests really. How many weeks did it take for your period to return?

I'm 8 weeks tomorrow since miscarriage and still no period although I have started spotting again 1.5 weeks. I thought was my period but it's not as it's on and off and I've had slight pains too. Thank you.

Hello! Did you have an MVA procedure? I do think this can make things take a little longer than if it is a spontaneous misc.

How many weeks were you? Was it a MMC? I had surgical management for a MMC last year and my period took 2.5 months to come back but that was due to my hormones being unbalanced and taking a while to settle down. I think usually it's 4-6 weeks after surgery. I've just had a natural miscarriage at 6 weeks and I'm also wondering how long it might take to come back this time.
