Looking for experiences of getting your period back post medical management. I went through mife/miso for a twin MMC 6 weeks ago, am now testing negative (although a scan showed my lining is still quite thick - 18.9mm) but my period just doesn't seem to want to fully get going. I've had enough for a pad for a couple of days and some cramping this last week but it doesn't seem to be getting to a full period. I know there's enough lining in there to need one so I'm confused. Has anyone else experienced this? I really want my cycle back to normal and to be able to finally move forward with another embryo transfer.
