My latest EPAU scan showed my lining is still 18mm thick after a twin MMC treated with mife/miso 4.5 weeks ago. They said I should be able to wait and see if it passes with a period, which I'm just absolutely desperate to start so we can prepare for another IVF embryo transfer and start healing. I was offered miso again but it was so awful last time I don't think I can face it. If you waited for RPOC to pass with a period, how long did you wait? I've had some cramping and back pain in the last few days like I normally would before a period, and I'm still bleeding a little on and off. Sending love to all in this group.
