Trying again after loss - advice for the TWW?

My partner and I have started trying again after a 4 month break following our 5th pregnancy loss. We do conceive easily but unfortunately no luck with a pregnancy progressing. I ovulated yesterday and am now in the two week wait. I just wanted to see if anyone had any advice for the two week wait to hopefully maximise conception / lead to a successful pregnancy? Thank you x

I'm having a chemical right now. Following incase anyone has any advice. I had a blighted ovum last year then a rest from trying properly until last cycle. I fall pregnant easily but I think it's quality of eggs for me. I'm going to carry on with pregnacare tablets and add cq10 supplements

So sorry you are going through this. I would highly recommend Ovum supplements - they have the ingredients mentioned for recurrent miscarriage in “It Starts with the Egg”. I’ve been taking them for 4 months following my last loss and my cycle has regulated and I now have an earlier ovulation too. I’d also recommend your partner take a male fertility supplement too - my partner was taking wellman but has switched to impryl the past few months

Wow the price difference is insane from wellman they must be good then?
Last yr we were taking pregnacare pre conception him/her for months but then had a rest for a couple months. Need to get started on some health supplements now I'll check out the ovum supplements what's the name of one?

When I had ivf he wasn't the issue it was my eggs (low and poor!) I'm clutching at straws I'll be able to do this but I'm rolling the dice.! I'm putting him on wellman and I'll go overboard on what I'm taking.

(Ivf was successful iv got a 5 year old girl 👧🏼)
