Physical side effects of a miscarriage

I had a MMC back in July which I needed two rounds of medical management to resolve. Mentally I didn't cope well with this, but physically I was OK.

I've just had a natural miscarriage which is now over and hcg is back to normal. This time around I feel absolutely awful. I'm constantly tired, have no energy and can't walk too far. I can barely eat as I get massive bouts of nausea and vomiting when I do. My stomach is soo bloated, sore and feels like it's going to explode. My hair is coming out in clumps and my skin is super spotty.

Has anyone else experienced similar? Please tell me it will go away soon 😫😫 xxx

Hey, no advice - but empathy! Medical MMC last month and still feeling exhausted and spotty and generally crap!! First period since so I think it's making it worse for me.
Hope you feel better soon. Lots of bugs going around too. May be worth asking doc for advice and/or blood test to check levels?
