Ectopic / tube removal - advice needed

Hi. I had an ectopic pregnancy. Yesterday early morning I had surgery to remove it. Tube had started rupturing just before surgery and my tube was removed. Iv had 4 incisions in my stomach/abdomen. Was discharged couple hours ago. I have now started bleeding quite heavily, is this normal?
Also, the pain is doubled because of all the trapped gas/wind. Any suggestions on how I can help release this naturally and quickly ?

Sorry to hear what you’re going through. I had a tube removed but not as a result of ectopic so it was probably a less complex op.

It took a while to get my digestive system going after the surgery. I drank juice and had some good painkillers. Good luck I hope you’re feeling better soon and can enjoy a nice Xmas.
